PNME CUTTING NOZZLE

WeldRo’s PNME CUTTING NOZZLE are manufactured to original equipment manufacturer specification 76 mm long and 100% flame tested in Malaysia for guaranteed performance. WeldRo PNME Cutting Nozzle come in 9 Spline and 18 Spline which design to cater to different cutting application.

WeldRo PNME CUTTING NOZZLE FEATURES:

  • Two piece design consisting brass inner nozzle and a hollow copper outer sheath
  • Turbulence will be created between the inner and outer parts of the nozzle to obtain sufficient mixing of propane and oxygen
  • The volume of mixed Oxy-Propane needs to be more than double that of Oxy-Acetylene for the same usable heat
  • The extra volume is achieved by very large channels that are present on the brass inner nozzle which conduct the greater volumes of gas
